Buffalo Chicken Dip

Sunday, January 01, 2012

First and foremost, Happy New Year!  Hope that 2012 brings everyone happiness, health, and wonderful memories!  Our 2012 began with good friends and great weather, and is being enjoyed this evening in the comfort of our apartment while watching the Cowboys vs. Giants game while enjoying this delicious buffalo chicken dip.  It's a quick and easy fix to satisfy hungry boys - and is quite the crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:
2 cans (12.5oz each) chunky chicken breast
2/3 c. bleu cheese dressing
2/3 c. Original Anchor Bar Buffalo Wing Sauce - Medium Recipe
2 8oz. cream cheese blocks
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*.  Warm cream cheese until consistency is creamy and soft.  Drain chicken breast and combine first 4 ingredients in medium baking dish.  Slowly add shredded cheese, stirring constantly. Smooth dip and pop into oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the surface begins to bubble.  Couple with your favorite "chip" (I recommend Nonni's Italian Toast) and enjoy!
