Every Friday during lent, Nick & I have chosen to either eat out at our favorite local spot, or order in a pizza. However, last night we decided to attempt a vegetarian-friendly dish that was super easy to throw together. It was a yummy concoction of broccoli, shrimp, and angel hair pasta & we've both already thought of ways to modify it for future use. [I found the recipe here and chose to add lemon juice to our sauce for a bit more flavor]
