We just got back from a Wegmans grocery run and decided to meal plan the entire week in advance.  We're used to our staples of chicken and pasta, but decided to semi-mix-it-up this week.  It should hopefully help us to begin to eat healthier, more balanced meals which will be best for both of us!  For tonight, we enjoyed homemade pizza - I certainly won't be applying for any jobs at the local pizzerias, but it was pretty good!  Pizza is a quick and easy fix, and is a perfect to suit any tastes :)

First you take the (Contadina pizza) sauce and you spread it, you spread it:

Then you take your ingredients and you prepare them, prepare them:

Then you take your toppings and you top em', you top em'

Next you take your pizza and you bake it, you bake it (at 450* for 8-12 minutes):

Last you take your pizza and you eat it, you eat it!!

Other things coming up on the menu this week: Grilled Ribeye Steaks, Beef Tenderloin w/ Veggies, Pasta peas & cheese, and other yummy goods!  Excited to see how they turn out.
