Nick & I decided to spice things up a bit and opted for a couple of ribeye steaks for our Tuesday night dinner.  Although a little pricier than our usual grocery items, a steak dinner for two for a little over $20 isn't bad... to make it even more worthwhile, we were able to add to it our leftovers from the pizza toppings on Monday and made caprese salad as a side dish :)  It was phenomenal!

Grilling is honestly my favorite cooking method - love that grilled flavor/taste
