Lifestyle Makeover: Dinner Variety

must haves:
butter lettuce leaves
ground turkey
black beans
ripe avocado
red pepper
fat free cheese (love Kraft)
low sodium mccormick taco seasoning

{additional options: tomatoes, chick peas, cilantro}

After "browning" the turkey, throw together & enjoy.

This is a delicious alternative to get your Mexi fix & is equally as filling.  Although I don't have exact nutrition information, a comparable wrap found here is only 134 calories | 1.7 g fat + 9.7 g carbs.  I don't know about you, but to me, this is definitely diet and wedding dress friendly.
