I loathe you.
Why did you have to come around and grace me with your presence?
We were doing just fine. 2 weeks with students and no colds? A miracle.
Then all of a sudden I hop in a car and go to PA and -bam- sick.
I am a trooper though. I still went with the flow and got tons accomplished with my family & future in laws.
Check out the venue & church? Check.
Book a florist? Done.
Hotel? Taken care of.
Check out potential rehearsal dinner spots? Check.
You see, cold, I don't let you get in the way of my good time.
As a matter of fact, you weren't all that bad the whole time.
I did use you to my advantage a little teeny bit...
...Like when I justified having sweets for breakfast all weekend + homemade chocolates, pies, and sauces. And when I wanted to sleep in the car on our trip - that worked out well.
But here we are on a Monday afternoon and I'm thinking about having Moe's or a glass of wine and I just know I won't be able to enjoy it because of you. This is a travesty.
For this you must go.
Even though I'm digging my frog voice & sweaty/achy body, I'm ready to part ways.
STAT.
I have children to teach & a fiance to love & a blog to run.
Catch ya on the flip side, capice? Go find someone else to bother.
Sincerely,
Me
Families outside of the reception venue - LOVED it & LOVE them :)
First Primanti Brothers experience. Oh my gosh, yum!
Lots to look at in Volant
And a panoramic of the Church! :)
Hope your weekend was germ-free!

Aww, I hope you feel better. That place looks awesome!
Aww! At least you were super productive! I remember I always got sick the first few weeks of school because of my germ-infested students. I loved teaching, but I didn't love the sickies.
Feel better!
