Hey everyone, I haven't done an official "lifestyle makeover" post in a while (much longer than I'd care to admit), but it's high time I continue to document this journey. I felt like doing one of those "how's my weightloss" mirrored off of those "how's my driving" bumpers stickers. Glad to have you along for the ride & remember, any/all words of encouragement are welcomed!
First, let's weigh in:

Weight loss since 1/2/13: 7 lbs!
The good news is, even with a slight increase in weight
between Sat/Sun, if you look in a 1 week span, I’ve done pretty good I’d
say!
No, I’m still not back where I was at my lowest in 2012, but
getting there… Gotta keep on keeping on
:) Also loving using the My Fitness Pal app to count/track
intake – everything is evaluated for you!!
And linking up with other friends using this app has been very
positive/uplifting for all of us (keeps us accountable at the very least – and
isn’t that one of the hardest parts!?)

congrats!! i wish i could be that successful :( i just get SO hungry!! i like food too much... but i've been going to kickboxing more regularly, and hopefully gonna go for a run on saturday to get those muscles long and lean instead of all bulky like i've been getting, haha.
please post all of your success tips :)
